Paragraph 6 Amendment of Rule 6.176

After paragraph (4) in Rule 6.176 there shall be inserted the following paragraph:–

“(5)

If, on the hearing of an application pursuant to paragraph (4), the court makes an order suspending the bankrupt’s discharge, copies of such order shall be sent by the court to the official receiver, the trustee and the bankrupt.”.
