Laid before Parliament 10th May 2002
Coming into force 31st May 2002
The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 411 and 412 of the Insolvency Act 1986, with the concurrence of the Secretary of State, and after consulting the committee existing for that purpose under section 413 of that Act, hereby makes the following Rules:
