Paragraph 12 Amendment to Rule 4.1

At end of paragraph (5) of Rule 4.1 there is inserted—

“(6)

In a voluntary winding up which is commenced by the registration of a notice under paragraph 83(3) of Schedule B1 to the Act, the following provisions of this Part shall not apply—

  • Rules 4.34, 4.38, 4.49, 4.51, 4.53, 4.62, 4.101, 4.103, 4.106, 4.152, 4.153, 4.206-4.210.”.
