In Rule 4.174—

(a)

in paragraph (1) for the words “section 26” there are substituted the words “paragraph 57 of Schedule B1 to the Act”; and

(b)

in paragraph (2) for the words “section 26” there are substituted the words “paragraph 57 of Schedule B1 to the Act”.
