# The Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2003, Paragraph 40: Amendment to Chapter 20 of Part 6 of the principal Rules


After the heading “Chapter 20” in Part 6 of the principal Rules there is inserted—
“6.202A In this Chapter a reference to a bankrupt includes a reference to a person in respect of whom a bankruptcy restrictions order is in force.”.
