Paragraph 58 Amendment to Rule 7.50

At the end of Rule 7.50 (which becomes paragraph (1)) there is inserted the following paragraph—

“(2)

In respect of a decision under Rule 6.214A(5)(b), an appeal shall be brought within 14 days of the notification of the decision.”.
