Paragraph 6 Amendments to Rule 1.23

In Rule 1.23—

(a)

in paragraph (1)(b) for the words “subject to an administration order” there is substituted “in administration”;

(b)

in paragraph (2)—

(i)

for the words “subject to an administration order” there is substituted “in administration”; and

(ii)

in sub-paragraph (b) for the words “became subject to the administration order” there is substituted “entered administration”.
