Paragraph 60 Amendment to Rule 7.62
In Rule 7.62 at the end of paragraph (7) there is inserted—
“(8)This Rule shall also apply where a company has moved to a voluntary liquidation in accordance with paragraph 83 of Schedule B1 to the Act.”.
