Paragraph 66 Amendments to Rule 13.13

In Rule 13.13—

(a)

in paragraph (3) after “File in court” there is inserted “and file with the court”; and

(b)

after paragraph (14) there is inserted—

“(15)

“Prescribed part” has the same meaning as it does in section 176A(2)(a).”.
