# The Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2003, Paragraph 8: Amendments to Rule 1.52


In Rule 1.52—
(a) in paragraph 6(a) for “(5)” there is substituted “(4)”; and
(b) in paragraph (7) for “1.48(4)” there is substituted “1.48(5)”.
