# The Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2004, Article 25: Amendment to Rule 5.60


In Rule 5.60—
(a) in paragraph (3) after “in writing,” there is inserted “within 28 days of the date of the order,”; and
(b) paragraph (4) is omitted.
