Article 33 Amendment to Rule 6.138

For paragraph (6) there is substituted—

“(6)

Where the trustee is not the official receiver and his remuneration is not fixed as above, the trustee shall be entitled to remuneration calculated in accordance with Rule 6.138A.”.
