Article 45 Amendment to Rule 6A.6—

In Rule 6A.6—

(a)

in paragraph (1) for sub-paragraph (a) there is substituted—

“(a)

the name, gender, occupation (if any) and date of birth of the bankrupt,

(aa)

the bankrupt’s last known address,”; and

(b)

in paragraph (2) for sub-paragraph (a) there is substituted—

“(a)

the name, gender, occupation (if any) and date of birth of the bankrupt,

(aa)

the bankrupt’s last known address,”.
