# The Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2004, Article 9: Substitution of Rule 4.74


For Rule 4.74 there is substituted—
“Supply of Forms
(NO CVL APPLICATION)
4.74 A form of proof shall be sent to any creditor of the company by the liquidator where the creditor so requests.”.
