Rule 12 Amendment to Rule 2.88

In Rule 2.88—

(a)

at the end of paragraph (1) insert “or, if the administration was immediately preceded by a winding up, any period after the date that the company went into liquidation”; and

(b)

in paragraph (7) omit the words “Subject to Rule 2.105(3),”.
