  "heading": "Transitional provisions",
  "text": "(1) The provisions of Rules 8 to 17, 23 to 27, 43 and 44 of these Rules shall not apply, and the provisions of the principal Rules shall continue to apply without the amendments made by those Rules, in any case where a company has entered administration or gone into liquidation, or a bankruptcy order has been made, before the commencement date.\n(2) The provisions of Rules 29, 30, 32 and 39 to these Rules shall apply in any case where, on or after 1st April 2004, a winding-up order has been made or a resolution for the winding up of a company has been passed or a bankruptcy order has been made, before the commencement date.",
