# The Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2005, Rule 31: Amendment to Rule 4.184


In Rule 4.184(1) after “liquidation committee” insert “(or if there is no such committee, a meeting of the company’s creditors)” and after “under” insert “section 165(2) or”.
