# The Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2005, Rule 44: Amendment to Rule 12.3


In paragraph (2)(a) of Rule 12.3 after the words “any obligation” where they first appear insert “(other than an obligation to pay a lump sum or to pay costs)” and after the words “family proceedings or” insert “any obligation arising”.
