# The Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2005, Rule 47: Amendment to Rule 12.15


In paragraph (a) of Rule 12.15 for “section 130 of the Supreme Court Act 1981 or under section 128 of the County Courts Act 1984” substitute “section 92 of the Courts Act 2003”.
