# The Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2005, Rule 48: Amendment to Rule 12.19


In Rule 12.19—
(a) in paragraph (1) for “sheriff” substitute “enforcement officer”; and
(b) in paragraph (2) for “under-sheriff” substitute “enforcement officer”.
