# The Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2006, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 9th May 2006
Laid before Parliament 10th May 2006
Coming into force 1st June 2006
The Lord Chancellor, in the exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 411 of the Insolvency Act 1986, with the concurrence of the Secretary of State, and after consulting the committee existing for that purpose under section 413 of that Act, hereby makes the following Rules:—
