  "text": "In Schedule 4—\n(a) in Part 4 of the index to forms, immediately after the entry for Form 4.73, there shall be inserted “4.74 Property subject to floating charge: notice of request to specified creditor for approval or authorisation of litigation expenses”; and\n(b) after Form 4.73 , there is inserted Form 4.74 as set out in the Schedule to these Rules.",
