In Rule 2.113, for paragraph (6) substitute—

“(6)
The requirements of paragraph 80(4) shall be taken to be complied with if, within 5 business days of filing the notice of end of administration with the court, the administrator has gazetted a notice undertaking to provide a copy of the notice of the end of administration to any creditor of the company.

(6A)
The notice under Rule 2.113(6) may be advertised in such other manner as the administrator thinks fit.”.
