In Rule 3.9—

(a)

for paragraph (6), substitute—

“(6)
Notice of the meeting summoned under section 48(2) and its venue, as soon as reasonably practicable, shall also be gazetted and may be advertised in such other manner as the receiver thinks fit.”; and

(b)

in paragraph (7), for “newspaper advertisement” substitute “notice given under paragraph (6).”.
