For paragraph (4) of Rule 4.21 substitute—

“(4)
The official receiver—

(a)
as soon as reasonably practicable shall cause notice of the order to be gazetted; and

(b)
may advertise notice of the order in such other manner as the official receiver thinks fit.”.
