In Rule 4.25A, after paragraph (2), add—

“(3)
Unless the court otherwise directs, on receipt of the notice of appointment, as soon as reasonably practicable the provisional liquidator shall give notice of that appointment. Such notice—

(a)
shall be gazetted; and

(b)
may be advertised in such other manner as the provisional liquidator thinks fit.”.
