# The Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2009, Rule 24: Amendment to Rule 4.50


For paragraph (5) of Rule 4.50 substitute—
“(5) Notice of the meetings shall be gazetted and may be advertised in such other manner as the official receiver thinks fit.”.
