# The Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2009, Rule 25: Amendment to Rule 4.54


For paragraph (6) of Rule 4.54 substitute—
“(6) Notice of the meeting—
(a) shall be gazetted; and
(b) may be advertised in such other manner as the convenor thinks fit.”.
