For paragraph (4) of Rule 4.103 substitute—

“(4)
Within 28 days from appointment, the liquidator shall—

(a)
give notice of it to all creditors of the company of whom the liquidator is aware; or

(b)
advertise it in accordance with any directions given by the court.”.
