For paragraph (1) of Rule 4.182A substitute—

“(1)
In a members’ voluntary winding up the liquidator may give notice of the intention to make a distribution to creditors. Such notice—

(a)
shall be gazetted; and

(b)
may be advertised in such other manner as the liquidator thinks fit.”.
