For paragraph (3) in Rule 5.60 substitute—

“(3)
The former bankrupt may in writing within 28 days of the date of the order require the Secretary of State to give notice of the making of the order. As soon as reasonably practicable the notice shall be—

(a)
gazetted; and

(b)
advertised in the same manner as the bankruptcy order to which it relates was advertised.”.
