# The Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2009, Rule 33: Amendment to Rule 6.3


In paragraph (3) of Rule 6.3, for “the demand may be advertised in one or more newspapers” substitute “the creditor may advertise the demand in such manner as the creditor thinks fit”.
