In Rule 6.11—

(a)

In paragraph (8)—

(i)

omit “newspaper” where it first occurs;

(ii)

for sub-paragraph (b) substitute—

“(b)
the method by which, and the date or dates on which the statutory demand was advertised under that rule”; and

(b)

at the end of paragraph (8), for “a copy of any advertisement”, substitute “either a copy of any advertisement of the statutory demand or, where this is not reasonably practicable, the affidavit shall contain or exhibit a description of the contents of any such advertisement.”.
