For paragraph (1) of Rule 6.124 substitute—

“(1)
A trustee who is appointed by a creditors’ meeting, as soon as reasonably practicable after receiving the certificate of appointment, shall give notice of that appointment. Such notice—

(a)
shall be gazetted; and

(b)
may be advertised in other such manner as the trustee thinks fit.”.
