Rule 74 Amendment to Rule 13.3

In Rule 13.3—

(a)

in paragraph (1), after “personal”, insert “or other”;

(b)

in paragraph (3), at the end insert “except applications for debt relief orders”; and

(c)

in paragraph (4), after “application” where it first occurs, insert “made to the court”.
