Article 3 Amendments to the Insolvency Rules (Northern Ireland) 1991

The principal Rules are amended as provided in these Rules.

(2)

Anything done before 5th September 2002 under or for the purposes of any provision of the principal Rules is not invalidated by the amendment of that provision by these Rules, but it has effect as if done under or for the purposes of the provision as amended.
