  "text": "(1) In the index to forms in Schedule 2 –\n(a) for the entries relating to Forms 1.1 to 1.4 there shall be substituted the entries set out in Part I of Schedule 2 to these Rules; and\n(b) after the entry relating to Form 5.4 there shall be inserted the following new entry –\n“5.5 Documents to be submitted to court under Rule 5.14 of the Insolvency Rules (Northern Ireland) 1991”.\n(2) Subject to paragraphs (3) and (4), in Schedule 2 –\n(a) for Forms 1.1 to 1.4 there shall be substituted the new Forms 1.01 to 1.19 set out in Part II of Schedule 2 to these Rules;\n(b) for Forms 5.2 and 5.3 there shall be substituted the new Forms 5.2 and 5.3 set out in Part II of Schedule 2 to these Rules; and\n(c) after Form 5.4 there shall be inserted Form 5.5 set out in Part II of Schedule 2 to these Rules.\n(3) Sub-paragraph (a) of paragraph (2) of this Rule shall not apply in any case to which paragraph (2) of Rule 5 of these Rules applies and, in such a case, the forms prescribed for use in relation to voluntary arrangements under Part II of the Order as they stood before the commencement date shall continue to be used.\n(4) Sub-paragraph (b) of paragraph (2) of this Rule shall not apply in any case to which paragraph (2) of Rule 7 of these Rules applies and, in such a case, the forms prescribed for use in relation to voluntary arrangements under Part VIII of the Order as they stood before the commencement date shall continue to be used.",
