  "heading": "Amendments to Schedule 2 to the principal Rules",
  "text": "(1) In the index to forms in Schedule 2 to the principal Rules—\n(a) for the entries (including the form number) set out under the heading “Part 2: ADMINISTRATION PROCEDURE” there shall be substituted the following entries—\n“\n2.01B\nAdministration application\n2.02B\nStatement of proposed administrator\n2.03B\nAffidavit of service of administration application\n2.04B\nAdministration order\n2.05B\nNotice of intention to appoint an administrator by holder of qualifying floating charge\n2.06B\nNotice of appointment of an administrator by holder of qualifying floating charge\n2.07B\nNotice of appointment of an administrator by holder of qualifying floating charge (for use in pursuance of Rule 2.020 of the Insolvency Rules (Northern Ireland) 1991)\n2.08B\nNotice of intention to appoint an administrator by company or director(s)\n2.09B\nNotice of appointment of an administrator by company or director(s) (where a notice of intention to appoint has been issued)\n2.10B\nNotice of appointment of an administrator by company or director(s) (where a notice of intention to appoint has not been issued)\n2.11B\nNotification of appointment of administrator (for newspaper and Belfast Gazette)\n2.12B\nNotice of administrator’s appointment\n2.13B\nNotice requiring submission of a statement of affairs\n2.14B\nStatement of affairs — administration\n2.15B\nStatement of affairs for company in administration — affidavit of concurrence\n2.16B\nNotice of statement of affairs\n2.17B\nStatement of administrator’s proposals\n2.18B\nNotice of extension of time period\n2.19B\nNotice to attend meeting of creditors\n2.20B\nNotice of a meeting of creditors\n2.21B\nCreditor’s request for a meeting\n2.22B\nStatement of administrator’s revised proposals\n2.23B\nNotice of result of meeting of creditors\n2.24B\nAdministrator’s progress report\n2.25B\nNotice of conduct of business by correspondence\n2.26B\n[Amended] Certificate of constitution of creditors' committee\n2.27B\nNotice by administrator of a change in committee membership\n2.28B\nNotice of order to deal with charged property\n2.29B\nAffidavit of debt\n2.30B\nNotice of automatic end of administration\n2.31B\nNotice of extension of period of administration\n2.32B\nNotice of end of administration\n2.33B\nNotice of court order ending administration\n2.34B\nNotice of move from administration to creditors' voluntary liquidation\n2.35B\nNotice of move from administration to dissolution\n2.36B\nNotice to registrar of companies in respect of date of dissolution\n2.37B\nNotice of intention to resign as administrator\n2.38B\nNotice of resignation by administrator\n2.39B\nNotice of vacation of office by administrator\n2.40B\nNotice of appointment of replacement/additional administrator\n”;\n(b) for the entry relating to Form 4.12 there shall be substituted “Order for Winding Up by the Court following upon the cessation of the appointment of an administrator”;\n(c) omit the entry for Form 4.03;\n(d) after the entry for Form 4.16 there shall be inserted the following entry—\n“\n4.16A\nNotice of appointment of provisional liquidator in winding up by the court\n”.\n(e) after the entry for Form 5.5 there shall be inserted the following entries—\n“\n5.6\nVoting form in relation to a proposal for a voluntary arrangement under Article 237A of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989\n5.7\nOrder of annulment under Article 235 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989\n5.8\nOrder of annulment under Article 237D of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989\n”;\n(f) omit the entry for Form 6.11;\n(g) after the entry for Form 6.83 there shall be inserted the following form numbers and titles—\n“\n6.84\nVariation of income payments agreement under Article 283A of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989\n6.85\nNotice under Article 253(2) of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989\n6.86\nNotice to interested parties of a dwelling-house falling within Article 256A of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989\n6.87\nCertificate issued pursuant to Rule 6.229B(1) of the Insolvency Rules (Northern Ireland) 1991\n”;\n(h) after the entries relating to Part 9 there shall be inserted the following heading and entry—\n“PART 12\nMISCELLANEOUS AND GENERAL\n12.1 Notice to the Registrar in respect of order under Article 150A”.\n(2) Subject to paragraphs (3) and (4), in Schedule 2 to the principal Rules—\n(a) for Forms 2.01 to 2.24 there shall be substituted the Forms 2.01B to 2.40B as set out in Part A of Schedule 2 to these Rules;\n(b) the Forms set out in Part B of Schedule 2 to these Rules shall be inserted as Forms 4.16A, 5.6, 5.7, 5.8, 6.84, 6.85, 6.86, 6.87 and 12.1;\n(c) for Forms—\n(i) 3.02, 3.04, 4.06, 4.11, 4.12, 4.13, 4.14, 4.18, 4.19, 4.20, 4.26, 4.53, 4.69, 5.2, 6.01, 6.02, 6.03, 6.09, 6.27, 6.29, 6.31, 6.40, and\n(ii) 5.4, 6.33, 6.74, 6.75, 6.76, 6.80, 6.82 and 6.83\nthere shall be substituted the forms so numbered as set out in Part C of Schedule 2 to these Rules; and\n(d) Forms 4.03, 6.11 and 6.34 shall be omitted.\n(3) In any case to which paragraphs (2), (3) or (4) of Rule 5 of these Rules applies, paragraph (2)(a) and paragraph (2)(c)(i) (but only insofar as it relates to Form 4.12) of this Rule shall not apply and the forms prescribed for use by the principal Rules as they stood before the coming into operation of these Rules shall continue to be used.\n(4) In any case to which Rule 9(2) of these Rules applies, paragraph (2)(d) of this Rule shall not apply and the forms prescribed for use by the principal Rules as they stood before the coming into operation of these Rules shall continue to be used.",
