  "text": "(1) In these Rules—\n“the commencement date” means the date referred to in Rule 1 of these Rules;\nreferences to “the principal Rules” are to the Insolvency Rules (Northern Ireland) 1991 and a reference to a rule, Schedule or form by number alone means the rule, Schedule or form so numbered in the principal Rules;\n“the Order” means the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989.\n(2) These Rules shall be construed as one with the principal Rules.\n(3) A reference to a “pre commencement bankruptcy” is a reference to a bankruptcy where the bankruptcy order was made before the commencement date and the bankrupt does not receive his discharge before that date.",
