  "text": "In Schedule 2—\n(a) in Part 4 of the index to forms, immediately after the entry for Form 4.73 insert “4.74 Property subject to floating charge: notice of request to specified creditor for approval or authorisation of litigation expenses”; and “4.75 Notice to the creditors of an insolvent company of the re-use of a prohibited name”; and\n(b) after Form 4.73 insert Forms 4.74 and 4.75 as set out in the Schedule to these Rules.",
