# The Insolvency (Amendment) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2009, Article 13: Amendment of Rule 4.011


(1) Rule 4.011 (notice and advertisement of petition) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (5)(a)(ii), for “a Part XXIII”, substitute “an overseas”.
