# The Insolvency (Amendment) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2009, Article 14: Amendment of Rule 4.240


(1) Rule 4.240 (Prohibited names – third excepted case) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (b), for “Article 260(5) of the Companies Order”, substitute “section 1169(1), (2) and (3)(a) of the Companies Act”.
