# The Insolvency (Amendment) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2009, Article 19: Amendment of former Rule 2.34


(1) Former Rule 2.34 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (5), for “Companies Order”, substitute “Companies Act”.
