# The Insolvency (Amendment) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2009, Article 20: Amendment of former Rule 2.36


(1) Former Rule 2.36 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (2), for “Article 383 of the Companies Order”, substitute “section 323 of the Companies Act”.
