# The Insolvency (Amendment) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2009, Article 22: Amendment of former Rule 2.62


(1) Former Rule 2.62 (preservation of certification with company’s records) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1), for “Article 230 of the Companies Order”, substitute “sections 388 and 389 of the Companies Act”.
