  "text": "(1) Rule 0.2 (interpretation) is amended as follows.\n(2) After the definition of “Centre of main interests”, insert ““the Companies Act” means “the Companies Act 2006””.\n(3) For the definition of a “Part XXIII company”, substitute—\n““Part 34 company” has the same meaning as in the Companies Act 2006.”.",
