  "text": "In Rule 6A.1—\n(a) after paragraph (1) insert—\n“(1A) The Department must create and maintain a register of matters relating to debt relief orders in accordance with the provisions of this Part (referred to in this Part as “the register of debt relief orders”).”.\n(b) for paragraph (2), substitute—\n“(2) The register—\n(a) referred to in paragraph 12 of Schedule 2A to the Order (referred to in this Part as “the bankruptcy restrictions register”), and\n(b) of the matters specified in paragraphs (b) and (c) of Article 208W (referred to in this Part as “the debt relief restrictions register”),\nmust be maintained in accordance with the provisions of this Part.”.\n(c) in paragraph (3), after “paragraphs (1)” insert, “(1A)”.\n(d) for the cross-heading substitute “Registers of individual voluntary arrangements, debt relief orders and bankruptcy and debt relief restrictions.”.",
