  "text": "(1) In Rule 7.07, in paragraph (1)—\n(a) for sub-paragraph (a), substitute—\n“(a) that the application is made under the Order;\n(aa) the names of the parties;\n(ab) the name of the bankrupt or the debtor who or company which is the subject of the insolvency proceedings to which the application relates;\n(ac) where the court has previously allocated a number to the insolvency proceedings within which the application is made, that number;”; and\n(b) in sub-paragraph (b), for “relief”, substitute “remedy”.\n(2) Omit paragraph (2).",
