# The Insolvency (Amendment) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2015, Article 10: Correspondence instead of creditors’ meetings


In Rule 2.049—
(1) at the end of paragraph (2), insert “unless it has already been given to the administrator under that Rule”.
(2) omit paragraph (8).
