Article 12 Expenses of the administration

In Rule 2.068, in paragraph (1), for sub-paragraph (h) substitute—

“(h)

the administrator’s remuneration the basis of which has been fixed under Chapter 11 of this Part and unpaid pre-administration costs approved under Rule 2.068A;”.
